How do I cancel the order?

To cancel an order, please follow these steps: 

1. Open the menu by clicking the three horizontal lines at the top left corner. 
2. Navigate to "My Account". 
3. Select "Your Orders". 
4. Click on the "Order Details" option 
5. Click on the "Cancel Order" option available at the bottom of the order details page 
6. Once canceled, your order will no longer be processed. 

Important Note: If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation option will no longer be available. In this case, you can refuse delivery when the package arrives. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
