Why I have only received some part of my order (missing products)?

In some cases, when products are not available in a single warehouse, your order may be dispatched in multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking ID and tracking link for each shipment via email and SMS, enabling you to track the status of each package. Additionally, the shipped product details can be found on the invoice and the shipping label of the delivered box.
