How do I delete my account (App)

To permanently delete your account and associated data, please submit a support ticket so our team can verify your identity and process the request.


How to request deletion:


Raise a Ticket: https://support.thedermaco.com/support/tickets/new


Provide Details: Include your registered email address and mobile number.


Confirmation: Our team will process your request within 3–5 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.


Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, you will lose access to all history, active subscriptions, and saved data. This action cannot be undone.

Steps to delete your account on App. 


Step 1: Log in to your TheDermaCo account (App)

Step 2: Go To 'My Account' (bottom right of the screen)

Step 3: Scroll down on account page

Step 4: Click on 'Delete Account' button

Step 5: Click on 'Delete' to confirm the account deletion.

Confirmation: Our team will process your request within 3–5 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
